Character Limits
The number of characters available depends on the size and design of your chosen piece. The maximum character allowance will be displayed on the product page.
Engraving Times
Please allow up to 3 working days for your engraved jewellery to be prepared and despatched. Delivery times will apply after despatch.
Check Your Details
Please check your spelling, dates, punctuation and selected font carefully before placing your order. Your jewellery will be engraved using the details you provide.
Returns & Exchanges
As engraved jewellery is made specifically for you, it cannot normally be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
